Cancellation Policy
At Taylor’D Look, we value your time and understand that sometimes plans change. We kindly ask that, if possible, you notify us as soon as you know you won’t be able to make your appointment, allowing us to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellation & Rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation after 24 hours will result in a 50% fee of your service cost. Rescheduling after 24 hours will result in $35 fee. This is not the same as the deposit, and that will be withheld and is non-refundable. No refunds of any service will be provided. This policy is designed to make scheduling stress-free for all our valued clients. Your understanding and communication are greatly appreciated!
There is a 10 minute late grace period. After that there will be a $15 late fee charge. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 60% fee of your service cost.
